Something Penn State is very aware of is the unprecedented in-season coaching firings we have seen this season in college football. The Nittany Lions have an interim head coach after dismissing James Franklin earlier this month. The latest to bite the dust is Brian Kelly at LSU, who didn't even complete four full seasons in Baton Rouge. Is this a one-year aberration, or might this be how college football looks in most seasons moving forward?
